Lease Plans
MK Surveys has a dedicated team of surveyors and CAD personnel experienced in the production of lease plans to suit all requirements, we offer a tailor made solution that falls into two categories.
- CAD drawings compiled from existing plans, with or without site verification as required.
- Full measured floor plans recorded on site, these can often be used for other purposes on site such as space planning, fire route plans, etc.
Once the base plan is prepared this can be subdivided for specific property requirements depending upon client instruction.
All MK Surveys ‘lease plans’ comply fully with Land Registry requirements.
Boundary Dispute Resolution
Our expertise often means that we are called upon to provide expert opinion on the location of boundary lines. This will often involve the production of an accurate plan detailing the existing features and then various document / dimensional overlays to provide evidence for consideration.
